The Checkout Process
We want your shopping experience with us to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how our deliveries work, from checkout to your doorstep.
Once your checkout is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation with:

Your Order Number (used as your EFT payment reference if paying manually)

A summary of your items

Delivery details
If you chose EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), your order will remain on hold until we receive proof of payment.
Before Shipping

Payment & Processing
We begin processing your order:

Immediately if you paid by card or instant EFT.

Within 24–48 hours after receiving and confirming your manual EFT payment.
You'll get a second email once your payment is confirmed and your order is being prepared.
Once your payment is verified:

Your order is carefully packed and handed over to The Courier Guy (or another trusted partner).

A tracking number will be sent to your email or SMS/Email once your parcel leaves our facility.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times depend on your location:
Area Type - Estimated Delivery Time
Major cities 1–3 business days
Outlying areas 3–5 business days
Rural/remote areas 5–7 business days
These are estimates — delays may occur due to weather, load shedding, or courier congestion.
The Delivery
Use the tracking number we send you to follow your parcel:

Enter your waybill number
Still waiting? Drop us an email with your order number and we’ll investigate.
If the courier cannot deliver:

They will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule.

Parcels not collected after multiple attempts may be returned to us.
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

Take photos immediately

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
